New Chapter proudly stands behind the quality of every product we make. However, if you are not satisfied with our product, you can receive a refund of your full purchase price as noted below. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, our guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.
Guarantee Guidelines:
The guarantee is limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States. Claims must be made within 60 days of the date of purchase. New Chapter reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, or request additional information to process your guarantee request.
New Chapter may, in its sole discretion, deny guarantee requests in cases of suspected fraud or where New Chapter concludes that the purchaser has abused the guarantee. Examples of abuse may include, but are not limited to, submitting requests for multiple heavily consumed products; submitting multiple claims for the same product when dissatisfaction is not based on the product’s quality; or submitting an unusually high number of guarantee requests over a period of time. New Chapter may amend or terminate the guarantee at any time without notice.

How to Claim the Guarantee:
If you purchased online from NewChapter.com, your refund will be applied to the credit or debit card used for purchase. To submit a guarantee request, please:
- Contact us within 60 days of receiving your product by email at info@new-chapter.com or by calling our Take Care Center at (888) 874-4461.
- When you contact us, make sure to provide your full name, the reason for return, and your order number. This information helps us process your refund as quickly as we can.
- We will take care of the rest. If your claim is approved, your refund will appear on your account, less the shipping costs, in 5-10 business days.
- Subscription orders that are not cancelled or skipped prior to processing are not eligible for a refund. They are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

If you purchased your product from an authorized seller in the United States (in-store or online other than through NewChapter.com), your refund will be provided in the form of a prepaid Mastercard debit card. To submit a guarantee request, gather the following:
- Original UPC from the bottom of the product box or from the product package
- Proof of purchase including seller/place of purchase, date, and price paid
- Your full name, birth month and year (to ensure you are 18 years of age or age of majority or older), and mailing address clearly printed
- The reason you are unsatisfied with the product clearly printed

New Chapter will review the information provided and determine whether to approve your claim. New Chapter reserves the right to request additional information to assist in processing your claim.
Prepaid Card Additional Terms & Conditions:
Offer Valid for Product Purchased 11/18/24-06/30/25. Your request must be postmarked within 60 days of purchase.
Offer limited to US residents only, 18 years of age or age of majority or older. Use of multiple addresses or P.O. boxes to obtain additional refunds is fraud and may result in prosecution. Prepaid card accepted where Mastercard® cards are accepted. Not redeemable as cash or usable at ATMs or gas pumps. Card expires 6 months from issuance. Terms of prepaid card apply. Refund is limited to the purchase price and excludes taxes and shipping costs and any incidental or consequential damages, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory. If UPC and valid original date receipt showing purchase from an authorized seller are not included in the guarantee request, your prepaid card will not be issued. Reproduction, alteration, sale, trade, or purchase of proof of purchase is prohibited. Proof of purchase must be obtained from product purchased by you. No requests from groups, clubs, or organizations will be honored. We will not honor incomplete submissions. Not responsible for lost, late, or undelivered submissions.
